I am not sure of a meeting out in that area specifically but there is an amazing website called: Autism Action Plan hosted by Dr. Kurt Woeller that is amazing for parents. There are parent groups in that website who answer all your questions related to autism, diets etc. Dr. Woeller even does a live video chat twice a week to answer all of your questions LIVE! I also participate on the website answering speech, language, social skills, swallowing, feeding and pill swallowing questions LIVE on tuesday nights. Check it out and good luck! www.AutismActionPlan.org

The first place you need to check is www.tacanow.org
This is a support group for families of autism run by families of autism and the services and information they provide is amazing.
If you can, the most fun your son will have is the picnic that they have every year and this year it is on June 6th I believe. A must for the whole family!
