Preggie pops from Babies R' Us or Motherhood helped....anything ginger....ginger snaps, pieces of ginger....anything peppermint.....lemon drops....cheese and crackers were my savior....if you try to eat small meals and dont let yourself get too hungry you will be better off...I suffered really bad morning sickness for the first 4 months but then as soon as it came on it went away....I know if it gets real bad you can get some meds from your doc...Feel better!!

I found that taking my prenatal vitamin at night helped with nausea. Also, Gin-gins - they make hard candies that are amazing and really helped. There are also chewy ginger candies that are great, I think they're made by Gin-gins, too. You can find them online. Other than that, just getting up and getting moving and not wallowing in the nausea really helped me. Drinking lots of water throughout the day helps flush away the toxins in your body that ay attribute to morning sickness. Good luck.

There are these wrist bands you can buy in the pharmacy that are for motion sickness. You put the little dot on this certain place on your wrist. Well their suppose to help with this too.

C.,

If your morning sickness is very bad and it won't go away check with your doctor.

I had very bad morning sickness with both of my pregnancies. So bad that I ended up in the hospital. I also had it for all 9 months!!

I was given Zofran pills and it helped. That's the only thing that helped!

Feel better!
