I used the sea bands (found by the dramamine in the drug store) It really helped A LOT! You could also try lying on your left side or (I know this sounds weird) sniffing newspaper. These worked for me. Good luck- know it WILL pass!

There are many at-home remedies that I tried to help my morning sickness. Unfortunately NOTHING worked for me. (I was sick for 19 weeks). However; in the end my Doctor had to prescribe Zofran. This was amazing and I only took 4mg once a day. And then one day I just woke up and it was GONE! Your time is coming soon!
Here are remedies I tried (Hot Peppermint Tea, Lemon Ice Water, Saltines, Sea Sick Bands, Unisom Sleep Gels (yes, some gals said this worked), Food by the bed so I ate before I got out of bed --but this just made me throw up).

Morning sickness usually ends with the first trimester, but not always. Some things to help you feel better - don't have crackers - they break down into a simple sugar, which makes the morning sickness worse. You need protein - so a little cheese or peanut butter, or something else with protein will help. Lemonade also helps as does ginger (if you can find a ginger tea, that's nice). I spoke with my cousin yesterday and her doctor told her to take a vitamin B6 supplement. If it's really bad, and you're worried, see your doctor about it. Congratulations and good luck!!

Ask your doctor to put you on Promethazine. I too, was sick the entire pregnancy with both of my children to the point where every time I would eat I would puke! It was miserable in the beginning, but my doctor finally put me on Promethazine and it works great!!! It is for motion sickness, but does the same for morning/all day sickness, lol. It will not hurt the baby and you will feel 100% better. It will make you a little sleepy in the beginning until you get used to it, but it's so much better than feeling sick all the time. Try it!!!

Set your alarm for 15 -30 min early, keep crackers by your bed, eat a couple crackers, and go back to sleep, when you get up, you should feel better. Eat several small meals, always keep a little something in your stomach. I had morning sickness the whole 9 month!, but as long as I kept something in my tummy, I was alright.
Good Luck,

Unfortunately some people will have "morning sickness" their whole pregnancy. One thing that worked w/me was sucking on fresh lemon (not very good for teeth i know) or peppermint candies. Good luck!
