Have you tried the base? What kind of job are you looking for? If you are interested in working with kids there is the CDC, Schoolage and youth programs there on base. There is also the family childcare you could try.
I know some people that work on base. I have worked at everything other then family childcare.

Pridestaff is an excellent temp agency. My husband and I were resistent to temp agencies, however through them we have both landed full time, well paying jobs. At first they may send you an OK position, but those lead to great jobs. Also you can look at azjobs.gov for state jobs. Pay is reasonable and they provide excellent futures.
