Mom's Group - Eden Prairie,MN

I am interested in starting a Christian mom's group here in Eden Prairie. One where the children can come and play and the mom's can come and be spiritually fed. A place to talk about God, get prayer needs met and really, talk about anything. If anyone is interested in joining or helping with this..let me know.

I would also be interested in doing this! We currently live in New Brighton (it sounds farther than it is!) and have 2 boys, 4 and 2 and one on the way. We recently relocated here for my husbands job (youth pastor in S Mpls).

I would also be interested, however I live in Plymouth so am not ceratin how often I could make the trek with my 3 little ones. As a charismatic Catholic which parish do you go to? I have heard about the concept and have heard there are parishes out there that are more charsimatic I have just never actually been to one so am interested in the subject. We belong to St. Joseph the worker in Maple Grove and I am happy there though. One woman recommended the MOPS program, you could start there, I have been a member of two different ones and I would recommend their approach although I have never heard of a Catholic MOPS so am not sure if the actual doctrine may differ from Catholicism. Its worth a look. If there are more ladies who would like to start this up let me know and maybe we could all figure out a more central location. For now I belong to a moms group at my parish and you are welcome to come check us out anytime (sjtw.net).

You should really look at mops.org it is a Christian group and you wouldn't have to arange all the activites because they have that set up already.
