Hi Super Moms,
Does anyone know of any good, yet affordable, in home swim instructors? I want to do a mom and tot swim lesson but I want to do it at someone's private pool or in my neighbor's pool with a few other mom's. I've looked on line and it's very expensive through the big name swim lesson facilities. Thanks for any leads you may have.
Also, I'm looking for a pediatric dentist. Any recommendations? I wanted to go to Dr. Creech in Chandler but they'll only see my son when he's officially 3. I need him seen a month earlier in July, since I'm a teacher and will be back to school in August. Thanks again!

What can I do next?

I don't know about a swim instructor, but the pediatric dentist I take my kids to is Dr. Happy at Growing Grins on Higley and Chandler Heights. My kids are 6, 3 and 1 and she sees all 3 of them. They have a brand new office, TV monitors at every dental chair so the kids can watch a movie while they are being worked on, and I love everyone in the office- office staff, dental assistants and Dr. Happy. Even my kids don't mind going to the dentist office!

Hello S.,
I just started my 2 kids in swim lessons with Karalynn, her website is www.swimmingsuccess.com. My daughter is 7 and my son is 4. They get private lessons at the instructors private pool for 25 min each. They work hard during those 25 minutes, don't get me wrong they do have fun. My daughter was only able to tread in the water when she started and now she's learned to dive, free style, backstoke, breaststroke, butterfly, float and flip turn. My son learned to float, water safety, tread, diving and swimming underwater. The lessons are not weekly they are daily for 8 sessions. She guarantees results and has proven it for us.

S.,

I have my son in private swim lessons with a woman in Gilbert. We've had 2 lessons so far, and she's been great. I know she would be willing to travel, but not sure where you are. Her home is located on Elliot/Cooper - if you are interested in more info, let me know and I will get your contact info from you and pass it along.

I know of a great swim instructor that we have been doing to. She does it out of her private pool and I have been very happy with her. She is very reasonable as well and already has a few parent-tot classes. Let me know if you want her information. She is located near Baseline and Power in Mesa.

I just signed up with a lady named Lori. A friend of mine referred her as she uses her every summer along with other moms she knows. I do not want to post her number since she isn't a direct friend of mine but if you want it please contact me and I will give it to you. My friend said her son learned to swim in 2 weeks. He could dive for rings, swim across the entire pool and he was 2. So she must know what she's doing. She is pretty good priced compared to what I've seen out there. And she's reliable!
