Hi! I am eventually looking to watch one child full time. I have two of my own and will be quitting my part-time job when my husband's insurance kicks in. (I was working just for the benefits while he was self employed). Anyways, I will be available soon and can watch your little one until you find someone long term. I would hold off on looking for someone full-time until you find someone else. What hours did you need someone?

I too had to go back to work when my first son was born. I actually cried when I dropped him off at daycare the first day.
I know have 2 children and they both attend Kindercare. My boys go to the one in Batavia which is to far from you but there are several in the oswego/montgomery area. The teachers are fabulous, the ciriculum is excellent as you child gets older and moves into the toddler class. It is not cheap but my 2 boys love it there.
