Meat Market in SA
I'm trying to find a good meat market in town. I want to buy meat in bulk at a resaonable price. I have tried Culebra(sp?)Meat Market last year but didn't like it. I moved to SA over a year ago so I'm still trying to find my way around here. Do you know of any other meat markets?

It's a drive but well worth it if you're headed up that direction. Granzin's in New Braunfels is great! We have always been pleased with their knowledge, cleanliness and selection. San Antonio is sadly lacking a really good meat market.
Granzin's is tucked behind Blue Bonnet Ford in New Braunfels. While we don't shop there exclusively, we make sure to stop by everytime we're in the area.

Hey A.,
I haven't been there but they just opened a new meat market over there next to the Dollar Movies in between Evers and Callaghan. You might want to try there. The place looks huge.

Try Bolner's butchers on South Flores. They have a family value pack of several different cuts of meat and it varies every week.

Ugh Id watch those meat markets, they are often on the news for having low health inspection scores.
Other than that I can't help you.. if you want to go through a list of the latest health inspection you can find them on the ksat news website:
