Meal Replacement Shakes - Grand Prairie,TX
My daughter told me about Right Size shake mixes and drinks. She said she likes the Vanilla over the Chocolate and they worked. I've never tried it. I searched online and I found the website and didn't think they sold it in GP and was going to order online. But I went to Albertson's last night and found both flavors. Has anyone else tried them? It is 29.99 a container and really don't want to spend that much if it doesn't taste good. I want to mix w/fruit if possible (haven't read the directions yet). My focus to lose weight is to eat right, replace a 1 or 2 meals to get a jumpstart, excercise w/Turbo Jam and do Yoga (with the help from a Mamasource contact - yay!). If ya'll have any suggestions for better & more economical drinks then do tell me! Thank you!

I use the Myoplex low carb meal replacement shakes. You can get them at GNC. I think they are pretty pricey, but they really keep you full. I drink a shake for breakfast and then I also eat a meal replacement bar for a snack later on. A good book to follow an eating regimine on is by Bill Phillips. You should look it up. I started eating on his plan and the 2nd week I started loosing 5 lbs a week.

Hey girl! Good for you for taking control of your life!! I think exercise and eating right are KEY to weight loss, increased energy, and an over all great feeling!
