Beth Stone-Erhardt at Bubbling Brook (www.bubblingbrook.com) in Arvada is fabulous. I know it's a bit of a drive but she's a great listener and she doesn't have a set 'routine' that she does... she customizes the massage to whatever your body needs on that day.

My mom's been seeing her for years... I've just started seeing her recently myself & am very impressed.

I LOVE my massage lady - she does the most amazing deep tissue work, and I have been trying out MTs for many years. She is at Club USA in Littleton (Wads & Bowles), but you don't have to be a member to go there. Her name is Carolyn Church - try her, you will love her! Whe is also very reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Becky Jo Lucas. Her business is called Massage at the Mansion. She gives the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. She charges $65 per hour and it is worth every penny. I have a great massage therapist in Parker. She is in business by herself and works out of a an office building. Her name is Karren Frank ###-###-####. She charges $55 (I believe). I need to get in and see her again soon too.

I would recommend trying a Massage Envy, there are several around and I know there is one in H.R., just not sure where. I work at the Parker location (Lincoln and Jordan) and a lot of my co-workers and I do specialize in deep tissue massage. I have traded with some that are very good and that i would highly recommend. I too live in Highlands Ranch and have been to Elements Massage located in the King Soopers Plaza near McArthur and Wildcat Reserve. My husband and I both see Sabrina and there are also a couple other therapists that are level 4 and they can do the deep tissue you are looking for. This place is wonderful. They have a website that you can check out the prices, it isn't a spa so you don't have all the other things that go along with it including the more expensive price. www.touchofelements.com.
