Have you tried a Mr. Clean magic eraser? It works on everything!

I think that you put backing soda on it and cover it with saran wrap, it soaks up the moisture. Might take 24 hrs

Here is what the Queen of Clean book says to do:
use hydrogen peroxide, apploed with a medicine dropper, followed with a drop or two of household ammonia. After 20 minutes wash the area.

I love her book, use her hints all the time!

Sorry I have no words of wisdom, but I just think it's strange that a company that sells an expensive product hasn't a clue how to care for it. Very strange! I'm sure someone here will have the answer you need. Good luck to you!

My son works for a counter company. They said try laquar thinner or a degreaser. Old remedy I heard of was lemon juice and salt?! Good luck

Lowe's has an item called "Rock Doctor" that claims to clean and remove stains. Other than that, I've heard you can make a poultice out of white paper towel or tissue and peroxide, but I'd use that only if the marble is white or has a lot of white in it. Cost of the Rock Doctor is $7.96. Hope this helps or you find someone who can help you!

I have a great book, Talking Dirty with the Queen of Clean by Linda Cobb. It has great suggestions for dealing with stains on all kinds of surfaces. I have not tried the following personally but I do have another friend that had a different kind of stain on her marble and she said the suggestion from this book worked. For removing water stains from marble:

Use hydrogen peroxide, applied with a medicine dropper, followed with a drop or two of household ammonia. After 20 minutes wash the area.

I would suggest the magic eraser as well. However, marble is extremely porous and, chances are, the stain may not be on the surface. You may have to have it sanded and polished to completely get rid of the stain.

Why don't you try Googling it?

We also have a marble kitchen countertop. I use a small, soft bristled brush with vinegar and salt - takes the water rings/deposits right up!

not sure but mayonaise removes it from wood, try that. rub it on and let it sit a few minutes and wipe it off.

Try the magic eraser. I haven't found anything it won't get off.
