I use Pappashop.com for my small business. it allows you to have a shopping cart feature if you are selling product. Easy to use. There are other similar webhosters that have cuter templates though.

I use Bludomain. It is a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get it going, it's great!
Only bummer is that they do it ALL via emails for any troubleshooting. So if you have to pick up the phone for help, you can't. It has to be done with email.

We have our company website set up through yahoo. We pay about $14/month\

So far it has worked well and we don't have a need to expand because we have the business we need, but we will expand when and if necessary for little extra costs.

I made mine on Microsoft Office Live. It is free except you have to pay $15 or so for your website name.

Microsoft publisher also has templates and you can change and add pages as needed. If you need it published to the web you will still need hosting and a web address.

we use www.webs.com for our websites. It costs 19.95 to get the enhanced package and then 9.95 each month. Plenty of templates to choose from, and walks you through easy.

www.bludomain.com AWESOME flash templates for $50-100 total. If you host with them it is only $100 per year. You totally control your site.

Your internet provider should have a free website for you to use. It will walk you through it step by step. I know Comcast has this.

I made one on www.weebly.com and it only took me a few hours.
The basic templates are free and Weebly doesn't require that you place ads on your site for them. If you want some bells & whistles you have to pay -- but I'm not sure about the fee.
