Make up That Stays On

I have struggled with this for years.
I have tried Clinique, Nicole Miller; now I just stay with what I can find at Target because by lunch you can't tell I did anything.
Any suggestions??

Many Thanks.

I.D. Bare Minerals! I love this stuff and will never go back to liquid foundation. I'm always amazed at the end of the day that I still look fresh.

For eye shadow, the trick is to use an eye primer. I really never believed this and thought it was all hype to sell product until I actually tried it. Now at the end of the day you can still see my eyeshadow and my eyeliner isn't all over the place (read: I don't look scary like I used to look!)

I use several different brands, so I don't want to recommend one over the other, but for me, the primer really worked.

I've heard lip primer also works to keep lipstick in place, but I haven't tried that yet....

Arbonne stays on very well for me. My favorites-the mineral powder foundation (which is actually water resistant), the lip colors, lip plumpers, eye shadows, and mascaras. I guess that's almost everything! LOL but, they do stay on VERY well and are the safest products you will find for your skin.
let me know if you would like more information.

This is a million dollar question!! I can't wait to see what ppl say!!

I am a makeup artist and can make some suggestions on this topic :)

A few of the products that I have tested and use both professionally and personally are Nixie, MakeUp Forever, and Smashbox. You can find Nixie online at www.nixiecosmetics.com. The latter two lines can be found at Sephora. These products are high quality, well pigmented products that I think you would be happier with.

I have many product lines that I use in my kit including drugstore brands, but these are my favorites right now. I don't strictly use any one line, different brands just have different items that I use and like. Also, I don't sell any products because I want my clients to feel I am making fair, unbiased suggestions :)

I could make a better assessment as to what specific items are better for you to maximize usage if I understood your makeup regimen, how much time and product you use to put makeup on, your skin type, etc. Feel free to private message me if you would like a more detailed personalized assessment :)

You had to know you were going to get a lot of answers on this one... As a Mary Kay consultant for over two years now, I've heard about everything! I've found that our product is rated #1 for more then just a couple of reasons... I could go on and on and on and on, but I'd rather show you! If you are in this area, I'd love to offer you a free make-over so you can see for yourself! Plus our products are ALL backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are still looking for something (or maybe are just curious how ours compares) please feel free to come and put us to the test!

My website is www.marykay.com/tchavira and my email is ____@____.com. I'd love to share more, just let me know if you are interested and/or if you are still having any problems that I could help with.

All the best!
T.
