Maclaren Twin Techno

I have the 2006 Twin Techno - love it!!! My girls are 7 months and 2 1/2 years and I get everywhere. I find it much easier to manuever than the front and back stroller. Folds to a nice size, gets through all doorways and works for infants!! The cup holders are a new addition for the 2006 - they are plastic but worker pretty good.

I have a 2005 Twin Traveller which I "think" the techno replaced. I love it! It is easy to open and close. Not too heavy and maneuvers great. I have yet to find a reasonably designed store that I can't maneuver it through and I am able to get through doors pretty easily. I have a 6 month old and a 2/12 year old. I have been using it since my infant was just a week or two old!

Our babysitter bought one of these for my son and her daughter (they were 4 and 5 months at the time - now 6 and 7 mo). Neither of them like it at all and she is of the opinion that it's not a good infant stroller. Not good support, and just not very comfortable for smaller babies. She's actually selling it on craigslist I think, because both the kids fuss whenever she puts them in it.

That said, I thought it looked well made and we bought it because it seemed like a good idea. Just goes to show, you have to try things out yourself.

I have one and its great!
