Luvs Diaper Question
I was just wondering if anyone has noticed if Luvs diapers have changed at all in the last couple of months. Lately i am noticing that both my girls are wetting through their diapers at night -- not leaking but wetting through the plastic part. They are both HUGE pee-ers at night and are wearing a size 5 diaper (one child is 23lbs the other 27lbs). I tried bumping them both up to a size 6 but on top of that size being HUGE on them it didn't seem to help much. It's just odd. I am getting sick and tired of washing both sets of crib sheets plus both sets of jammies every night -- not even mentioning the fact that i am so pregnant that i am haing HUGE issues bending over the cribs to change the sheets!

Can you put those little plastic undie diaper bloomers on your kids? It might help. They are sometimes called diaper covers.

Hi L.
Luvs has a no leak guarantee, and promise to refund your purchase in case if their diaper leaks. I called them just a few days ago because I came across a few diapers that didn't have a velcro and they sent me check for the next LUVS purchase (full refund of the box purchased). I am sure they will give your money back as well. I think the number is 1-800-NO-LEAKS.

I had a similar issue, but it was mostly due to the volume my boys put out at night. I started using Huggies Nighttime diapers and things have been dry since.
Best of luck to you and your growing family!

We have a peeing problem at night too. What we do is Luvs all day, and then Huggies nighttime diapers for bed. It's a little more expensive, but when you only use one Huggies per day it's not so bad.

I have noticed the same issure with them. I actually called and wrote them because I was very disappointed with the new design. I don't like the walmart brand parent's choice but have not had any issues with the cheaper white cloud diapers they sell however my son has always been a heavy wetter at night so I do use the huggies overnights at bedtime and since we made that change he no longer wakes during the middle of the night soaked thru his clothing. The overnight huggies work real well and are worht spending the extra cash on. Congrats on baby #3 hope everything goes well.

I have ALWAYS had this problem with Luvs. I don't use them because of it.
Try the Generic ones at Target, WalMart, or even Babies R Us. All of them work much better than Luvs, and are cheaper, too.
