Loss of Pregnancy Symptoms at 10 Weeks

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and for the past week I have lost all symptoms of pregnancy- no nausea, smells don't bother me, not constipated, sleeping fine. I have thought for the past week that my baby has not survived. I had an ultrasound today and my baby is fine!!! I am sooooo relieved, but now I'm worried because I still have no symptoms. My first pregnancy I was sick most of the way through. I know they say all pregnancies are different, but I feel completely UNpregnant. Has anyone else had this experience?

What can I do next?

Yes, my three pregnancies were totally wonderful. Only the last trimester was a bit unconfortable because of the babies weight. Never knew what nausea was. Hope you have a similar one now.

I never had any symptoms with two pregnancies. The one I had symptoms with I lost. Don't Worry...Be Happy.

Hopefully this will put your mind at ease and not worry you more. During my 2nd pregnancy I loss all symptoms of pregnancy right after I miscarried (doctor confirmation and loss of the baby). But you already had your ultrasound, and it showed the baby was fine...so I wouldn't worry.

My first pregnancy was really rough, with morning sickness, nausea, tired all the time, etc. And thankfully, each subsequent pregnancy has been easier and easier. In fact, I am pregnant with my 3rd and had almost NO symptoms at all. So much so, I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was really late (we weren't trying either, so even more of a surprise!).

I wouldn't worry. Everything seems to be going fine. Consider yourself lucky that this pregnancy is appearing to be much easier on you than the first!

Congrats!

With my first 2 pregnancies I had no symptom (other than a misssed period) for the first 12 weeks. My second timesters were riddled with nausea, sensitivity to smelss and exhaustion. With my third I felt pregnant as you described it even before I missed my period! If you had an ultrasound and the doctor said everything is fine - enjoy it while you can! :)

No worries! I think you're probably just luckier than most of us. During my first pregnancy, I began feeling much better at about 14-15 weeks - exactly as you described. Most of us start to feel that way in the second trimester. Since you've had the ultrasound and everything looks good, I think you're just lucky that your body is recovering toward the end of the first trimester instead of in the second one. Yay!

Mine was exactly the same. The first 10 weeks I was miserable, and then...it just went away. I was paranoid & worried until every appointment when I could hear the baby's hb.

My first pregnancy, I was sick and tired (literally) for the whole first trimester. The second trimester, I not only felt better--I felt better than I had in my entire life. I had more energy, no smells bothered me--it was great! By the third trimester, I was beginning to slow down again--not sick, but tired more. If your doctor is not worried, I wouldn't be. Like you said, every pregnancy is different.

Do not worry! In no time you will start to not be able to wear any clothes you used to. Then you will really feel pregnant. Every pregnancy is different, just like every child is different. Congratulations! Do not worry this is all very normal.

As you said yourself, every pregnancy is different. Just be thankful that you aren't sick the way you were before and enjoy your pregnancy. Your songram showed your baby is fine and sonograms don't lie. If you are still worried make an appointment with your Dr and go in and talk to him and listen to your baby's heart beat. The best thing you can do for your baby is relax and don't stress out.
