Looking for the Best Christian Bookstore
Hi! I'm looking for Bibles, and bible studies books....I want a selection of study books, so I'm thinking a large bookstore would be best, but preferably Christian.

It depends on the kind of books you are wanting. The bigger stores tend to lean more towards authors that are popular or a popular publisher. I would be more then happy to direct you to several places if you can give me an idea as to what your preference is.

Depending on where you live...there is a Family Christian Bookstore on Preston, North of 121 (across from Stonebriar Mall). And, there is Lifeway, north of Galeria on Alpha and tollway. check them both out.

There are several LifeWay Christian Bookstores around the area. I know there is one in Garland around Firewheel and one in Plano on 75 - there are more than that, but that's two I know of off the top of my head.

There is a Christian bookstore off Dallas Parkway and the Tollway, near the Galleria mall. Remember, it is closed on Sundays.

I like Lifeway better than Mardel. Mardel is so big, I have a hard time getting help when I need it. I like to go to the Lifeway Christian Store off of the north bound access road on Central Expressway-- is it at Park or Parker? It is right next to Party City which you can easily see from 75. When you walk in the door they greet you and offer to help, and they can order most anything! For on-line Christian book shopping, you cannot beat www.cbd.com Whenever I hear of a book I want to read I save it to my "wish list'on that site to help me keep track.

I personally prefer Mardel, but Lifeway and Family Christian are also good. Mardel has the best selection.
