Looking for Swimming Lessons in Vancouver

Does anyone know a good pool for swimming lessons. I want to put my four year old in this summer. I also have a almost two year old son so I am looking for a place that I could keep him entertained during the swim lesson. Any suggestions would be nice.

What can I do next?

My daughter (now 7) started taking lessons at about 19 months. We had several different teachers at a couple different places but she never made progress until we got to Lakeshore Athletic Club. She takes lessons from Nancy and she is absolutely fantastic!! My daughter is lap swimming, side breathing and jumping off the diving board into the deep end. Last summer when we started she was not swimming after four years of lessons in other places. This lady is wonderful with little kids!!! Good luck!!

I take my daughter to Oxford. It's smaller and the teachers are great! She has done really well there.

Hi T., I have an 18 month old boy, too. We go to Kids Club every week in Salmon Creek. We haven't tried to swim lessons yet, we do the tumble tots class, but you can see the pool when you walk in, and I've caught glances at a few swim classes, and they seem to be really good. And I think they limit the number of students in each class, which is comforting. Hope this helps.

My daughters have taken several swimming classes at Kids Club. We have been happy with the small class sizes. My daughters really like it and have done really well there. They also have the jungle play area with a tot area for your younger son. Hope this helps.
