Looking for Soup/salad Noodles in Fun Shapes

Hello fellow mommies! I was wondering if any of you knew where I can find soup/salad noodles in cool shapes (abc's, stars, etc..) for my daughter. I'm in the process of giving her more solid foods and would like to give her noodles that I don't have to cut up. I know they exist because a friend of mine has used them and she doesn't remember where she got them. I'm going to try orzo soon, but I thought stars, abc's would be fun for her, since she loves the little Gerber star shaped puffs. I've looked at Safeway, Long's, PW Market without any success. Whole Foods, Cost Plus, Lucky's, Raley's are next on my list. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks!!

What can I do next?

You can find those pastas in Mexican Stores, they have various brands, but the best is "La Moderna".

earth's best organic foods makes very small alphabet shape pasta shapes. trader joe's has alphabet pasta also, but in bigger shapes. cost plus world market also has holiday shaped pasta around the corresponding holiday times. good luck.

You can find some really fun shapes if you are willing to mail order them.

Hi. Check the Mexican food section of the grocery store. I recall that I bought stars and ABC's in that section long ago. They are not in boxes, but in little bags. It was probably Albertson's/Lucky's where I found them. I can no longer remember the brand.

trader joes has an excellent pasta in the shape of the alphabet, "Alphabet Pasta". the shapes are variously green, red, or regular. made with spinach and tomato, and completely organic.

price per bad is under $1.50.

hope she enjoys!
