Anybody have any good suggestions for little jobs I can do on the side for extra income? Please only suggest things that you know are reputable and legit. I'm not into the get rich quick schemes - just looking for some padding in the wallet. :) thanks!

What can I do next?

What do you do?
What skills do you have?
How do you expect people to answer this question without that information?

You can sell Pampered Chef.
You can sell Avon.
You can sell Tastefully Simple.
You can sell Thirty-One.

If you don't want to sell - but are a teacher? Then you can tutor after school.

If you don't work outside the home? Open a day care. Get licensed and certified. Start advertising. There are people who make good money operating a day care out of their home.

Since you didn't state what you CAN do? I threw things out there for you.

Good luck!

Babysitting. Spread the word that you're happy to babysit for $x/hour. It's hard to find good babysitters and you will be paid well here in CA for it.

Babysitting. Especially of you are at home with your own kids anyway you get paid to provide your child with a playmate.

Part time work at a grocery store. You make some extra cash and get discounts on your groceries.

Child care at a gym. You can often bring your own kids along, you get paid and you usually get a free gym membership.

Part time retail. Get paid and discounts on clothing (or whatever).

House sitting, dog walking, house cleaning, yard work...

People are hiring everywhere around here for full and part time.

Retail... it is that time of year when they are staffing for the holidays

Grocery store... part time clerk or if you are sahm and hubby can watch children, night time stocker

Babysit, Pet sit

Depending on your qualifications, tutoring for academics or music. if you qualify, talk to the school guidance counselor because they are the ones who keep names of good tutors on hand. Around here an academic tutor gets $50+ an hour.

Sell arts/crafts on Etsy if you are crafty.

Sell old stuff you no longer need on EBay or Craigslist

You already have a good head on your shoulders to realize there is no such thing as a get rich quick job (scam)

Good luck to you!

Lots of places higher part time workers for "off" type of hours. Just start putting in applications, places like fast food, gas stations, and grocery stores are all ideas of places that have flexible hours and can work around your full time job.

I think you can work for Google at home and make like $4000 a month. Let me see if I can find the link...

Part time jobs in retail, Starbucks, etc. Work evenings/weekends if you are a stay at home mom to avoid daycare costs.
People are always looking for quality babysitters, that could be a good gig too, even if it's just a few times a week.

Not a job, nor a get rich quick, but look into and sign up for swagbucks. If you have a smart phone, and an unlimited data plan, or wifi in your home, you can earn 50 swagbucks a day, just streaming their short videos. 450 swagbucks can buy you a $5 amazon gift card, or other gift cards. My hubs and I let our phones each do this in the evening while they are charging, and it nets us about $30+ a month. Not going to make us rich, but for the effort of clicking on an ap, it is well worth it. You can sign on on your own, but if you PM me, I can send you a link for my referal, and I get small referal bonus.

Best,
F. B.
