I'm not sure how limited your budget is but I know a very reputable remodeling contractor who does wonderful work.
You would need to get an estimate from him. I attend church with this man and would vouch for his integrity (which is important as well)

I am not sure what companies service in your area but in abington area there are a few contracters depending on exactly what you need...If you need a good one use the zip 19001(or yours) and look it up on www.yellowpages.com and there should be a few there. I will look through my paperwork to see if I still have the papers from when my house was done.I hope this helps a little.Just watch ever contractor that comes to your house I know people that have had respectable ones and still not be satisfied.It all depends on the actual person who shows up. I also usually pay minimal down payment and then that way if i m not satisfied they will still keep in touch bc you owe them money! Keep in touch!
