I don't know about recipes, but you can always donate them to a woman's shelter or something like that.

My kids refused to eat jarred baby foods except for the fruits and the vegetables like carrots, peas and green beans.
The rest of it's pretty nasty and bland. They hated it.
By 10 months, my kids were eating regular food. I did take a jar of plums or apricots for a snack, but mostly they just ate real food.
I think donating the food is the best idea. You might find something to do with it, but no guarantee your child will like it.
Be sure your little one has his own spoon so he can feed himself.

Add jars into other things like mac and cheese, pasta sauce, yogurt, etc. and use it that way. I try to do that too, but it's hard and sometimes I forgot b/c I have a ton of purees in my freezer too! You could also make some thing like muffins and banana bread and add purees to that too.

You can use them in place of applesauce in recipes for muffins and quickbreads. You can mix squash in with macaroni & cheese. You can use beets in chocolate cake. If you need specific recipes just send me a note.

The vegetables can be added to any soup you make for the family and you'd never know the difference. Fruits can be added to a banana bread recipe instead of the banana, or muffins...pancakes... You should not have to adjust the recipe too much, maybe add another egg if you're putting more then 1 cup's worth in.
