Lighthouse Fitness Center on the corner of Hefner Rd and Lake Hefner Pkwy offers group swim lessons or private swim lessons. They charge $35-$45 per four week session for the group lessons but I don't know how much they charge for private ones.

My son takes the group lessons at the Lighthouse on Hefner and the parkway. It is $50 for 2 days a week for a 4 week session and $40 for 1 day a week for a 4 week session. They also have private lessons available but I am not sure how much they cost.
