Looking for Preschool for My 3 Old in "South Gilbert" Area

I have a 3 1/2 year old girl who will be 4 years old on July 2nd & she wants to go to school and learn so badly. I live in Seville & I tried the preschool they have here but it didn't work out. I'm looking for a Preschool with 10 children in it or less. I feel that the smaller classes would be better for my daughter so she won't get too overwelmed and the teacher can spend more time with the children too. I want her to have fun and learn at the same time and I want the structure for her which is really important. I'm even looking for a Private or Catholic or a Small preschool inside someones home. I've Only been in AZ. for a few years so I don't know much about the Preschool programs out here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What can I do next?

have you tried Creation Station Preschool off Riggs and McQueen. My daughter has gone there for a year almost now and we like it. There is a 10 kid limit per class. Here is the website: www.creationstationpreschool.net

good luck!

I have a lady that does at home daycare and she is AWESOME!!! I have packet of her's at the house. Let me know if you want more info on her. She is the only person that I would leave Jordy with besides you and Jenn

I am a Teaching Assistant at a WONDERFUL private preschool in Chandler, Desert Sun Child Development Center. Go to www.desertsun.org for more information. They run on a traditional school calendar, so there is only 5 weeks left of school, but they are offering two 2-week Summer School sessions, it would be the perfect way for you to try them out & see what you think. You can always go by & tour the place,
Susan in the office can coordinate that for you.

They are located on Elliott Road between Alma School & Dobson. Not terribly close to you, but we have families that drive in from all over the Valley to our school!
We have SUCH an amazing community there, it is also a great place to meet other moms!!

Good luck with your search!!

Most of my friends' kids go to Carebear Preschool on Queen Creek & Alma School. But there is a huge waiting list. Also heard that Risen Saviour Lutheran is good. There is Mini-Skool which is on Lindsay and ? www.mini-skool.com. Also, The Growing Place Preschool on Ray/Cooper which is owned by an instructor that teaches classes at Chandler Rec Ctr.

My son goes to Priority Preschool but it's in Chandler and the ratio is 1 teacher: 2 assistants: 13-14 kids and I love it so much better than Tutor Time.
