Looking for Prenatal Pilates Class - Denver or Stapleton/Lowrey Area

Don't know about Pilates, but Urban Flow Yoga has a great prenatal class twice a week in the Highlands.

I think there is a yoga place in the Town center at Stapleton.

I got a great video that I used during my first pregnancy and loved. I originally got it from the library to try out and ended up buying it since I liked it so much. GL!

you can try looking into the city of denver parks and recreation and see if they offer any, or a gym. I would check with your ob and see if they may have any reccomendations.
