I have a male coworker who is on it, with his family. You can find an application online or you may be able to talk to a local medicaid office about applying.

Im not sure about who all you have called, but I have a OB/GYN that i have used for 14 years now. His name is Dr Van Nguyen, and is located off of 1960 close to Kuykendahl. His number is ###-###-####, You might wanna give him a call, I am not sure on his prices. Hope that helps
