I am looking for a lawyer to prepare our wills--ideally someone close to the Roscoe Village area. They are going to be straightforward--i.e. everything to spouse and then to guardians and kids if spouse is not around. We both have wills but they are outdates.

If you're interested in something immediate and don't plan to put anything into a trust, you can search online for a predrawn will and all you have to do is fill in Names, etc. Then you can get it Notarized yourself. Just a thought.
