My kids love going to Cici's pizza right there on Rt 59 and I think it is 111th...(not positive on the cross street) It is very cheap at 5.00 a person and you can choose all kinds of kid friendly pizza and desserts. They also have ballons for the kids and a little gameroom. Good Luck

If your daughter likes trains there is a neat restaurant off of 75th and Lemont Rd. (may be farther than you are looking to go though). IT's called The All Aboard Cafe (or Restaurant). It has a huge train town in the front that the kids can control and trains literally going around the perimeter of the ceiling. Also when you sit at the counter and train delivers your food to you and there are some games to play too. The food is kid friendly with delicious choices for parents as well.
have fun!!!

I would say The Rainforest Cafe!
That is a fun friendly place to eat, and it's very decorative there!
I'm sure you will all love it!
Although, it does happen to be a little ways away, but it's not too bad of a distance!

RED ROBIN! My children love this place. They get balloons and the atmosphere is very kid friendly. There is one located on Diehl Rd and Warrenville by the AMC Cantera theater. Hope this helps!

you could try taking her to an afternoon tea at Luxuries Tea Cafe. It is nice and cozy. You do have to make reservations 24 hours in advance for food, but you can choose different foods and enjoy relaxation before the museum. I do not know when they are open till.

We LOVE Lou Malnati's right in downtown Naperville. There are a ton of restaurants there too as others have suggested. There is a Cold Stone if she needs ice cream to celebrate after the meal- yum! We also love going to Red Robin for a kid friendly place, dads like it too because of the tvs with sports on :)

You'll have a blast! My kids always loved the Children's Museum. There's so much to see and do there.
There are many restaurants in downtown Naperville that might suit your needs (Ted's Montana Grill, Potter's Place, Heaven on 7). I'm not sure what you mean by fun and kid friendly though. That brings to mind Chuck E. Cheese, and there's one on Ogden Avenue.
Either way, you'll all have fun. Happy birthday to your daughter!

There's Noodles and Co. which is right down the street on Washington and then, just a bit further right in the center of town, is Jimmy's Grill. Both would be great as they are loved by the kiddos (plus Mom's and Dad's walk out happy!). If it's a decent day you could take a walk over to Ethel's chocolate lounge on Jefferson and get her a chocolate treat or, if you're with a group, have chocolate fondue for dessert! There is also an ice cream store on the same block.
