Looking for Infant Daycare in Plano/Richardson Area

I'm looking to move my daughter from her current daycare to something a little nicer and more focussed on "development" than just regular child care. Can you please provide the school/daycare and give me an idea of the infant cost? So far it looks like infant care ranges from $228-$280 per week. I personally would like to avoid home daycare if possible. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Depending on where you live, I like my local Kindercare (Arapaho @ Spring Creek). It's a franchise, so each location is different. The one my son attends is "classroom style"; others have "open floorplan". Just vist the ones in your area, ask for a tour, ask questions, get a feel. The prices are reasonable and I'm very happy with my son's care. He's 3.5 and we didn't start till he was almost 3, but they do have infant care as well.

My son is 5 now and goes to Creme de la Creme in Plano off of Plano Parkway across from Shepton High School. He has been going there since he was 9 months old and loves it. We love it as well; he has friends that he has had since his infant class and now he's in Transitional Kindergarten. I highly recommend Creme. They have excellent teachers who really care about the kids and they have a good cirriculum; spanish, computers, math, science, art...

My daughter has been there since she was about 18 months, and they do have infant care. My daughter is now 4 1\2, and the cost is $880/month (plus misc. supplies twice a year). Their staff is so caring, and they have an incredible menu from their cook!

My boys (8 yrs and 21 months) attend Whistlestop Station in Richardson located off Murphy Rd near Renner, edge of Richardson/Murphy. We love it there. It is a Christian based daycare and the directors and all the teachers are great. I pay about $163 per week for my 21 month old and $80 afterschool for my schooler. I think infants are a little higher but I wouldn't think too much more.
