Looking for Infant and Child CPR Class

I am looking for an infant and child CPR class my husband and I can take. The hospital we are delivering at does not offer one. Does anyone know where we can find one?

What can I do next?

Took both at Herman Memorial in The Woodlands 3 years ago - it's a bit of an effort to get hold of the right person in charge of registering folks for the classes but it cna be done.

good luck!

Texas Women's Hospital has them. My doctor wanted me to take the class, but our daughter came 2 and a half weeks early, so it never happened!

We took one through the local YMCA.
Give them a call...or RED CROSS.

The Women's Hospital of Texas had wonderful classes including an Infant CPR class that my husband and I took. Good luck!

Try the YMCA or call the red cross.

K.,
I do not know where you live, but if you are in Houston you can call Nita Schnitzer at Greenwood Christian Pre-school off of 1960 and ask her. She teaches it. Her number is ###-###-####.
Best of luck.

Check the Memorial Herman website. Different hospitals in the area offer different classes and anyone can sign up. I took: breastfeeding, infant care and lamaz. Here is a direct link to all the classes http://www.memorialhermann.org/classesandevents/iframe.aspx or you can call 713-222-CARE (2273)
