Looking for Great Song

My dd best buddy since birth is moving to Colorado in a couple of weeks. I am compiling a video of photos of the girls for each of them to have, and need a song for the background. I am looking for something soft, that shares how much we have valued these friends in our lives. It's the first time I have ever really felt stumped for a song.

HELP!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Thanks for all the terrific ideas. After researching all the lyrics and listening to snippets on iTUNES, I finally chose "The Gift of a Friend" by Demi Lovato.

You guys rock!

Weezer - Best friend. Always makes me kinda teary eyed.

When everything is wrong I'll come talk to you
You make things alright when I'm feeling blue

You are such a blessing and I wont be messing
With the one thing that brings light to all of my darkness

You're my best friend
and I love you, and I love you
Yes I do

There is no other one who can take your place
I feel happy inside when I see your face
I hope you believe me
Cause I speak sincerely
and I mean it when I tell you that I need you

You're my best friend
and I love you, and I love you
Yes I do

I'm here right beside you
I will never leave you
and I feel the pain you feel when you start crying

You're my best friend
and I love you, and I love you
Yes I do

You're my best friend
and I love you, and I love you
Yes I do
Yes I do...
Yes I do

I think the songs "Thats Whats Friends are for" or "You've got a Friend" might work.

There's a really cool song in the movie, Ramona and Beezus. It's called "How I Love You" and it plays during the wedding scene. I think it would work well to represent friendship love as well. It's a pretty simple song! It's on I-Tunes. You should check it out!

"You're My Best Friend"......Queen

It's not really "soft", but it's upbeat and a feel good song. One of our favorites!

You make me live
Whatever this world can't give to me
It's you
You're all I see
You make me live now, honey
You make me live.

You're the best friend that I ever had
I've been with you such a long time
You're my sunshine
And I want you to know that my feelings are true
I really love you
You're my best friend.

Check it out. I think it would be perfect for the background music.

What a wonderful idea and a gift to each of the girls!
