Looking for Good Family Doctor in the Dearborn or Downriver Area

Hello,
Can anyone suggest a family doctor for my husband and I? We have a doctor right now, but we are really unhappy with the office for mulitple reasons. My OB has a favorite, but the doctor does not participate in our health plan. I would like someone in the downriver or Dearborn area. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Dr Greg Marcarian is great at arbor lane physicians. He practices with his dad and brother but i like him best.

Dr. Ben Go has been my internist since 1997. His office is in Trenton. He is AWESOME! He genuinely cares about his patients and has an excellent bedside manner. He is a younger doctor, so there is no worry about him retiring soon. I've referred him to many families and friends and they all love him. I even have two friends who see him even though he is out network for their insurance. They actually pay more just to have him as their doctor. That says a lot about him.

Check out his website to review hospital affiliations and insurance participation.

Here are two: Dr. Warren Ringold or Dr. Fayda Zacharyia. They are at 2200 Monroe in Dearborn. Their number is ###-###-####. Dr. Ringold is the older of the 2 but he's only in his mid-50's, very warm, caring doctor. Dr. Z is also wonderful, she is very thorough and listens to her patients. Good luck.

We all go to Dearborn Family Physicians too as "KateO" mentioned. Our main doctor is Dr. David Peters! He's wonderful!! All the doctors there are really good. The office is super about getting kids in quickly. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Ralph Raper in Allen Park is excellent. His number is ###-###-####. He was my dad's doctor before he died (dad was 90!) and he was just the best!

We go to Dearborn Family Physicians on Michigan Ave just east of Telegraph Rd. There number is ###-###-####. There are about 4 doctors there, all are great. Dr. Welker is our main doctor. He's a very kind, gentle man, and he has 5 kids of his own.

He's also been extremely flexible about our immunization schedule. We wanted to take it slowly, and he has been wonderful about it!

They are also great about calling back if you need to get them after hours, on weekends or holidays. This group was recommended to us by my OBGYN before I had my now 2 year old son, and I'm so glad that I went with them.

Dr. Cooley on monroe and Dartmouth. WE have been pretty pleased.
