In the Holly Springs area there is Bobby's Produce. He started as a road side stand, then moved to a permanent location with a produce trailer, and now has a store. But he is on Hwy 5 between Sixes Road and Toonigh Road next to the Lebanon Post office. If you need specific directions, please feel free to write and let me know where you are located and I can give you directions. Bobby is a super nice guy and has awesome prices on his produce.

Cagle Dairy also has a farmers market during the summer on Saturday and there is one in downtown Woodstock also. I have not been to either, and don't know that they are very big.

Welcome to GA!

The Woodstock Farmers Market is open every Saturday from June 13 to August 29. Located just off Fowler Street, across from the Bank of Woodstock in downtown Woodstock. It is open between 8 am and 12 noon. There is produce, plants, flowers, homemade goods, workshops, cooking demonstrations, and entertainment. You may call ###-###-#### for any questions you might have.

I just found out about this yesterday! I was told only home grown produce could be brought here, so it is fresh and right out of the garden!

There is also a small fruit and vegetable store on Hwy 20 about 3 miles East of 575.

I've been to the one in Marietta Square but, honestly, I didn't even know about the one in Woodstock. I'm just as interested as you in that!

Also, if you like to garden, the soil here is good for that -- this year we have tomatoes, beans, peppers, carrots, corn, onions, and spinach in ours. We learned that raccoons think it's a lot of fun to pull onions out of the ground so, if you do decide to grow your own next year, get some kind of fence. (Critter Ridder doesn't deter them from that.)
