Looking for Excellent Gutter/Soffit and Facia Person...

We just had our gutters, soffit and facia done by UBC in Lakeville. They were fantastic, came just when they said they were, and very reasonable compared to others in the area! Not as inexpensive as the person listed previously (I believe we paid around $1800), but I wonder if she had the facia and soffit done also or just the gutters.

We had our gutters done for a new house just last month in Lakeville and loved who we used. He was so much less than others. We paid $825 for a 2800 sq. ft. home and our neighbors, with the same model house, spent over $2,000 with a different company. He is a really nice guy, father of three and very personable. He is also quick and the gutters look good.

We had Leafguard gutters installed 2 years ago and are very pleased with them. Our neighbors had them installed last summer and are pleased as well. Our other neighbors commented on how professional and clean they were when they did the installation (we were at work when they were installed). They may be a bit pricey but we find it well worth it. They appear to be very high quality. I would use Leafguard all over again if we ever moved to another house, without hesitation.

I honestly don't remember how much they cost but it was a free estimate. We have an older home in SW Mpls and it had some fancy crown-molding at the top so they had to do extra work to put the gutters on so it doubled the price. But, the other estimates we had gotten were also doubled due to this silly crown-molding that nobody would even notice. Good luck with your decision.
