I am looking for a day-time job due to the fact of kids being in softball and T-ball. Hours I am looking for are 7a.m.-3p.m., 8a.m.-4p.m., 6a.m.-2p.m. Any info would be helpful.

Hi, M....

Have you ever considered direct sales? What may come to mind is Mary Kay or Tupperware maybe, but there are many awesome companies out there. That's what I do from home and the flexibility is amazing. I do Silpada Designs jewelry parties at women's homes, primarily on evenings and weekends. On the surface it might not seem like what you'd want, BUT, I work totally on my own terms and our earnings per hour are high enough that I work much less and make the same.

I work my business during the day from home and then have 1-2 parties a week on open nights (no soccer, dance, etc)Our parties average $750 in sales and I make 30% of sales... so $225/night on average. That's not bad for a few hours. You can also have day time parties. I just had one at a salon on Friday. It was $800. The stylist who hosted it got $240 in free jewelry and I made $240 cash. It seems like it's too good to be true (that's what I thought anyway!) but it's not.

I hesitated to contact you because I didn't want it to seem like soliciting. Then I thought "Shame on you, J.! You've got this great thing in your life you need to share it and let other people know it exists!" : )

Please let me know if you want more info. I'd love to tell you more if you are interested.

M.,

I work for AFLAC and am a Mom- it is a very popular company for women as the hours are very flexible. I currently work 8:15-2:45 out and about and then do phone work once my kids get off the bus.

Aflac has a lot of great products and this is mostly business to business selling. If you would like to come and talk to me our office is at 126th & meridian (31). We can see if it might be a fit for you. My # is ###-###-#### xt. 32. WE are looking to add people to our team right now so if yo know anyone else looking too- do not hesitate to give them my info as it is a career that has alot of flexibility and opportunity!

Best Wishes-

I am not sure exactly what kind of job you are looking for but I am a manager for Steak n Shake. I have a couple servers that work those hours that you are looking for. I know they are very happy that they can work those hours and still be present for all of the family functions. Hope this helps.

Try going to the Aramark website at aramarkjobs.com. Most of their facilities are only open Mon-Fri. They have cafeterias in many of Indianapolis' major businesses. Good Luck!
