Looking for Dance Studio for My Girls 7&9 Yrs of Age

I can highly recommend American Academy of Dance (____@____.com). They have an incredible ballet program and an awesome hip-hop instructor. The construction currently under way at that intersection is a real pain, but we obviously think it's worth it since our daughter takes classes there 5 days a week! She's been going there for 3 years now; previously, she attended Vicki Michelle's, but all I'm going to say about that is it just wasn't for us. We were looking for a more professional and focused dance program/studio.

You didn't say which area but I have several friends that their kids are in dance in various areas and their daughters are in studios that offer ballet, hip-hop, jazz and tap. Theres a few that offer gymnastics as well. Two of them are in a place at Tomball that offer all 5. My sister's daughter goes to dance on 1960 Cypress area that offers all 4 dances. Its called Ms Carolyns. The two I just mentioned are fairly cheap. Hopefully you'll get some better responces soon with more info.

I recently sent out the same request and looked into a couple of the studios suggested by other moms...I choose Vicki Michelle's in spring. We have been going their for two weeks now and really like it...my daughter is only 5 (they don't offer hip-hop for her age group) so I enrolled her in a cheer class and a tap/jazz class.

Hi M., My 7 yr old has been going to Koenig School of dance for the last 3 years (since they opened). The staff is EXCELLENT. They have 2 studios - one on Champion Forest and Spring Cypress and the other is where Showstoppers used to be on Louetta and KLein Church Road. Their website is www.koenigschoolofdance.com. They have everything from tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop - even adult classes. This year they are putting on the Nutcracker!!
