Looking for Christening Dress in Dallas

Strausburg in Shops of Willow Bend, Plano, has beautiful dresses. But, if you are looking for budget prices, check Burlington Coat Factory. Every now and then they have some precious outfits for the price.

I've bought mine from Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus and even JC Penny. There also some bridal boutiques that have some really cute things. But, I love the ones at Neimans. Good Luck!

Bebe Grand in Lakewood or Haute Baby at Inwood Village have nice Christening gowns.

In the galleria in Dallas there is a store called Strausburg Lace - pricy, but BEAUTIFUL!

Check Impression Kids 11818 Harry Hines Blvd # 224, it is in the Sam Moon Shopping Center. If you are in the parking lot facing Sam Moon it is on your right.

We bought a tuxedo there for a wedding for $26.95 and it had everything but the socks and shoes!

They have some beautiful special occasion items. There is another store a couple of doors down with special occasion clothing but I don't remember if they had small children items.

Baby Depot (Burlington Coat Factory), Tuesday Morning oftentimes, and Dillards.

You can always find someone to make the dress. That is what I did and had a gorgeous one of a kind dress.

I bought my daughter's at Babies R Us and it was beautiful!

Sears has beautiful, affordable dresses.

I was in gymboree at Northpark Center teh other day and saw that they had what I think is a simply lovely little christening gown. Simple and classic. here is a link to it...

Its $69 online and says "online only" but i saw it at the store just Monday (memorial day) so perhaps they still have some. they had the boy suit as well. very sweet and easy to find.

I saw that someone recommended Chocolate Soup as well. I've seen them there in years past and they did have nice ones. some where expensive though. I've seen a very large selection at Babies R Us but in general they were more of the satin looking ones that I didn't prefer. I like how the gymboree version is cotton and simple. I've also seen a lot at Tuesday Morning on occassion. I love the "irish lace" looking ones i've seen in some stores. I can't remember where though. but in general i prefer this simple look. good luck and bless your baby.

Visit the Dillards in Northpark. They have gorgeous dresses at great prices. Got mine for $60 and it had beads and lace and is still just so pretty to me. Hoping I can find someone else to wear it since it is so pretty.

I did visit JCPenney and Babies R Us, but the quality to me was not the same for the price paid. Plus, mine was real long and not a standard dress lenth. Strausburg is pretty, but you can get those on sale too at Dillards Northpark.

Oh, since my daughter's dress was so long I didn't have to overspend for shoes either.
