BTW the exercises that my spouse was given look a lot to me like yoga and I am thrilled that his lumbar spine is happier now.

Yoga gets used to reduce headaches and reduce backpain. I DO suggest that you also meet with chiropractor.

I see Dr. Li at Synergy Pain Relief on Washington in Naperville for my migraines. He can also do accupuncture and many other holistic treatments. I've seen several chiropractors in Naperville and Bolingbrook and he is by far the best and the ONLY I'd recommend. My sister comes in from Downtown Chicago to see him.

Eola Family Chiropractic is great, they do acupuncture as well as massage and adjustments. My migraines have gone done significantly since going to him. Dr. Tom is the doctor on hand and he is awesome, located on Eola Road just passed Haffenrichter. Otherwise, Naperville Family Chiropractic is great as well, Dr. Chris and Dr. Bob are very nice.
