They offer a free consultation to determine if someone is a candidate for their treatment program, and can basically let your husband know the best course of action for his situation. Most chronic pain patients they treat have tried everything else with little or no success. A friend of mine had neck pain for years and was so thrilled that Back In Action helped get rid of the pain once and for all without surgery.

Please try Bent tree Chiropractor Darren Hagarety ( Not positive on Spelling and Could not find his card quickly) ###-###-####. He has been wonderful for us our old Chiropractor has had several health issues and we felt that we need to find someone new. He does take x-rays the firs visit ( just to cover his insurance requirements and to make sure there is not anything wrong that would be made worse with an adjustment.) We have received a lot of help from his adjustments. Located at marsh and Trinity Mills

I went to a chiropractor many years ago and was impressed.

I just started going to Coppell Wellness and they are fabulous. They have evening and Saturday hours which apparently is not the norm for chiropractors (I had a very hard time finding an office that was open more than 25 hours a week). I had neck and back pain and they didn't require xrays and after two adjustments I feel wonderful. Worth every penny to feel good and walk upright again.

Dr. Tim St. Onge is the best. My husband has degenerative disc disease and has not had to have surgery because Dr. St. Onge works with his muscules to strengthen them and it really works. I have also had several injuries and chronic pain and he is able to get it everytime.

I would recommend Dr. Ryan Bass at Southwest Spine Center. The address is 2710 Josey Lane Suite 301, Carrollton, TX 75007. The phone is ###-###-####. He and his wife who is also a Chiropractor there (Dr. Sandra Powers)are great. They came to my job at the time and did a presentation on their services. Dr. Mary Collings with the the Las Colinas Spine & Sports Medicine is a very good chiropractor. She has 2 offices, one in Las Colinas off of O'Connor and 114-she is there MWF and on TTH she is at her Highland Park Village office. Her phone number is ###-###-####. She also has a massage therapist that you can go to that I've heard is very good, but I haven't used him before. I've gone to her numerous occasions and she has never suggested x-rays. Good luck. A bit of a drive (15 miles?)depending on where you are in Farmers Branch, but I highly recommend Doctors Fran Murphy and/or his associate Dr. Wes Imel at Whole Health Partners in Dallas - on Northwest Hwy between Preston Rd and Hillcrest. ###-###-####. Dr. Fran is an incredibly skilled chiropractor whom I've seen for over 9 years. His associate, Dr. Wes Imel is also very competent. I even saw them when I was 9 months pregnant!

I am sorry to hear that your husband is in pain, I hope I can help .I have always hated chiros, but That changed two years ago. My husband is a doctor who deals with chrominc pain and his partner is a chiro. I started letting him help with my own back problems two years ago and I can say it has made all the difference. My husband suffered for years too. Turns out, his chiropractor wasn't really helping him. What finally helped the most were 2 things. He went through an NAET acupuncture program with Dr Sherry Zhang in Plano (your allergies are connected to your spine in ways most of us may not realize). Plus every 2 or 3 weeks he began to see a deep massage lady recommended by Dr Zhang. (I think her name is Irena). In the past year he has only been to a chiropractor twice (a different one obviously) which is pretty amazing for someone who was going at least once a week or two and still in pain anyway!

Has he seen a back specialist? My husband has a back problem and through research we've found that most people do not get the right care for their back from a chiropractor. Misdiagnosis happen all the time. My husband wasn't properly diagnosed with an XRay.

My chiropractor is very competent. He works with a lot of worker's comp patients. He is very knowledgeable and is terrific about explaining what is going on with the body. His name is Charles Miller of Miller Chiropractic in Irving. His office is at Beltline and Walnut Hill. His fees are very reasonable and he accepts all kinds of insurance.

My husband also has chronic back pain due to a degenerative disk disease. He has used accupuncture with good results, but his greatest success has been working through a rehabilitation program called PRIDE. PRIDE stresses intensive physical therapy to strengthen the body and muscles surrounding the affected area. When the pain takes over, it demands attention and the patient tends to do just that. When the body is toned, that shouting pain tends to become muted. PRIDE's program stresses the use of non-narcotic means of controlling pain and their doctor's are experts in the area of chronic back pain management.

Dr Ryan Bass..has been a GOD SEND for my entire family. He is very strong, doing so many adjustments keeps him in shape. My son is 6'2 and 280 and Dr. Bass has no trouble at all adjusting him. I cannot tell you how wonderful this Dr is. They are at Josey and George Bush.

SouthWest Spine Center give them a call tell them Elishea Jones sent you--they all know us very well and I can guarantee you that your husband would enjoy his experience there.
