my body is really a big mess,now I pinched my siatica nerve and it hurts so much, besides my regular back pain.

Touch of Life Chiropractic. Dr. Helen Lee is great. She owns the place and I have known her for 8 yrs. I don't go anymore, but she is wonderful, she does everything. She has a website with all the info. on it and contact info.

I went to a guy on Schaumburg Rd just east of Barrington in an office called The Center for Physical Health. Can't recall his name but he was really good, really thorough. Anyway he really helped me with a shoulder problem.
