Sweet gal who will help make selections to match YOUR taste, style, and colors. She helped to build our new home. She was a Godsend!

Sorry, K.. I don't have anyone to recommend. But I have someone to stay away from! She is a con artist who went to several builders in our area to show them her portfolio. (Ours was Lone Star Ranch by Shaddock) They then connected her with their new home buyers. She has bilked about 15 families (that I know of) of thousands of dollars that were given to her for ordering window treatments and furniture. (Thankfully we used our credit card company and were able to get all $8000 refunded by them after an investigation). Her name is Brenda Bond Ford and her company name that she used then was A Plus Interior Design. She has since taken down that website, but I suspect she might open up under a different name. Good luck finding someone! And welcome to Frisco!

I highly recommend Brooke Villalba!! She is a stay-at-home mom of 2, however continues to do interior design work on the side. She is located in Dallas proper, however she works with clients all over the Dallas area including Plano, Frisco, etc. She has impeccable taste, takes the time to figure out what you want and then works with you to achieve that on a budget!!!
I have had her go shopping for me, with me AND most recently when I moved and was on a tight budget, she came over and just spent time with me rearranging current furniture and accessory pieces and made everything look so good! My husband came home and couldn't believe how good she made everything look by using our old stuff!!!
She is awesome and I highly recommend her!!! Her email address is:

if you want a legit LICENSED designer (by the state of Texas), then go to the American Society of Interior Designers website
Most will tell you if they are licensed or not. Either a designer or decorator is fine as long as they know what they are doing. Ask for a portfolio to review and make sure they have references you can call and go visit.
