Looking for an Affordable Dance Class for My 5 Yr Old
I am looking for an affordable dance class for my daughter. She really just wants to try it out. This is why I don't want to spend too much money. Plus, we are military with 4 kids and money is not exactly free flowing these days! I live on base and I need something close because I do have the other 3 who are ages 10,2, and 2months and my husband is gone alot! Thank you for your help!

Try www.allamericanyouth.org. They offer dance, karate & cheerleading. It's pretty reasonable. $60 registration for 10 classes, $35 for outfit & $65 for the performance I think. Any class at a dance studio is going to run you $50-60/month plus recital costume & fees. Good luck!

Not sure where you live... but I am assuming in Tampa. If so, I would check out the local recreation centers. I live in St. Pete and send my daughter to dance class through the city parks and it is only $30/mo. and she attends once per week.

Try the recreational centers in your area. Ours charges $20/month for ballet, gymnastics, etc. see www.myflorida.com or www.stpete.org or call 2-1-1 for the number

The city of Tampa offers classes that are very reasonable. It works out to a few dollars a class. My daughter goes for gymnastics and loves it. There might be a waiting list but it is worth a shot. Most classes are at a gym near Florida and Sligh (near the zoo). Here's a link-

Hope this helps!
