I used enannysource.com and gonannies.com to find our nanny....very reasonable fees...I interviewed a girl that I was not able to hire because of a conflict inour schedules, but she was wonderful. Her name is Jana and she came to the states a few years ago from Prague to be a au pair, and now is married living in Town N Country....you may want to email her at ____@____.com and see if she is still available!!

welcome to tampa. every agency is different. usually you pay a flat fee ex. $500 and that covers everything for finding and placing a nanny. they set up interviews and do background checks.
