Looking for a Rental Home in Frisco That Is Affordable

Hello,

I am on a quest to find a rental home for me and my child.
I am very tired of living in appartments and would love to have a 3 bedroom home
with a nice backyard in the Frisco area.

I am looking on realtor.com but seems most of the homes are $1400 +
I was seeking for something under $1200.

If anyone has any suggestions or referrals or sites to look at that would be wonderful.

Thank you so much.

House, TownHome , Duplex

***** Also Wanting to find someone who is willing to work with me on the deposit. I know alot of homes require first and last months rent up front. As a single mother thats a lot of up front cost that alot of single mothers don't have to spare on deposit. *****

What can I do next?

Have you looked in the Grayhawk Subdivision(Eldorado Pkwy and FM 423) right behind Walmart. There are a lot of houses for lease and it's a great neighborhood.

We live in Frisco on a corner lot, 1836 sq feet. 3BR, 2BA, 2 car garage. Great neighborhood, lots of kids, neighborhood park is 2 blocks away. New roof, new AC unit, stainless steel fridge in kitchen, tile floors in entry, kitchen and both baths.
We've lived in this house for 4.5 years and LOVE our home but are outgrowing it as I have 2 sons under 4. We think with the market now it's too hard to try and sell but we are thinking of leasing as an option.

Preschool, elementary school, middle school and high school are each less than 5 miles away.

E-mail me if you're still looking.

My husband and I often assist people find rental properties (even with less than perfect circumstances). I have helped several moms here on Mamasource and am happy to give you referrals to them. Our services are free to you and I am very familiar with Frisco and the surrounding areas.

Have you looked on Craigslist.com? We found our last 2 rental house there. We are currently in a rental house in Plano that is only $850. Usually its landlords listing the houses, not realtors, so there is less credit check, application work, etc. The listings in the Dallas Morning News can be good too - there aren't any pictures you just have to call and ask questions and go look at what sounds good! Good luck!

My family is moving from Allen to McKinney and would like to lease our home. Are you set on Frisco? Our 3 BR/2 bath home is on a corner lot and has a big backyard, great neighbors (including kids to play with) and a neighborhood school. We hate leaving, but we need more room now that we have 3 boys and homeschool:)

Let me know if you would like more details.

Hi N.,

My husband and I worked with Clair McElroy (who posted something about your request earlier) and we highly recommend her. We were in the same type of situation and we were looking for places to live in the Frisco area. We ended up finding a place in Aubrey and we're really happy with it. Clair was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Good luck with your search!

Respectfully,
D.
