Looking for a Playgroup! - Marietta, GA

I am a stay at home mom with a 16 month old. We live in Kennesaw. I too, am looking for play dates. We are new here and it would be great to have friends for her to play with.

Hi, I'm 29 and live in Kennesaw. My son will 16 months old tomorrow. He's a little young for your son, but he seems to love other children. Like you, I'm busy during the week, but it would be great if we could all meet up on a weekend. We usually take Aidan to Kennesaw Mountain if the weather is nice - all that open air to run in! Unfortunately, my baby is probably way too young for a playdate with yours, but I had a thought that might help. If you've never been to the Mall of Georgia kids' play area, it's fantastic. I went with a mom's group one Saturday (even though our babies are still crawling). There are tons of little ones playing. Even if you couldn't set up a formal group, your son would still get the socialization and you would probably wind up meeting moms there. Just an idea.

P.S. It's on the lower level in front of Nordstrom.
