Hi N., $1100 might be a little low for Gilbert unless you are willing to go way SE by Queen Creek. We moved back in May and rent a 4/2 with pool, jacuzzi and pay $1475 and we are off Gilbert and Warner. I think the 3 bedrooms without the pool were around your price range. Most realtors can help you. Also, I noticed you said you guys are separating...that's a tough time for all of you. I know, I went thru it a couple years ago. My kids were 7 and 4 at the time. Things will get better. If you need someone to talk too, maybe we can meet for coffee or something! I wish you the best of luck and take care of yourself and your babies!

There are oodles of rental listings on craigslist.

Here's the link for AZ rentals: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/apa/

Just do a word search for "Chandler" or "Gilbert" and that will pull up your desired listings. Pictures are usually included and it's updated daily.
