Looking for a Good, Reasonably Priced Painter for Exterior Job
I am looking for a painter to repaint the exterior of my home including resealing all the windows, brick joints, and painting the front and back doors. Any one have a good recommendation and an idea of how much it too much to pay for something like this?

Hi T.:
I am a Realtor also - my husband has 25 years experience as a ommercial and residential painter. He has been a loan officer for the past 13 years, but times are tough and he is doing painting side jobs to keep us afloat. His name is Dan ###-###-####. He can provide recent references.

I have a lot of rental property and I use Rudy Riddle, he's very good and reasonable. Painters have to look first before giving you a bid because they have to see the condition of the current paint, etc. I do know that it's much cheaper to keep the same color than to switch, because switching causes extra coats to be necessary. Rudy's number is ###-###-####. He can also do carpentry and tile jobs.
