Arbonne International (arbonne.com) has fabulous foundations
that are THIN (as opposed the thick stuff I used as a teen). They even out the colors of my skin, add no insult to any blemishes, and last amazingly long.

Mac studio fix is a great powder foundation that works well for me,
both for coverage and for minimal breakouts. They will help you with
choosing the right shade for your skin. Regardless of what brand you
choose, definitely try powder... I used to struggle between wanting
coverage, but having more breakouts, until I tried powder.

I love Jane Iredale Amazing Base Mineral Foundation. I use the PurePressed also. THey are SPF 20 and just wonderful.
My BF has skin issues and she used ProActive and only Bare Minerals (My skin tingles/burns when I prespire and I have BM on)
I'd say bottom line would be a mineral foundation, but be sure you're getting sun protection with your fair skin.
La Roche-Posay has 3 new sunscreens that are AWESOME! I use the Anthelios 60 Melt-In Sunscreen Milk - I also have dry skin, I spent 4 days at WDW with this and the Jane powders and got 0 sun on my face and chest.
Good luck!

AVON has several types of foundations both liquid and powder that are great for you. For you, I would suggest either Perfect Wear Extralasting Liquid Foundation with SPF 15 or Magix Face Protector with SPF 20. We also have a Clear Skin Professional Line that my customers with bad acne just love and purchase all the time. They cannot live without it. Also, check out the AVON Mark skin care products that would be great for you. AVON also has a 100% money back guarantee. Take a look for yourself at my AVON website where you can order products and have them delivered directly to your home at:

Look for a Mary Kay consultant. They can point you in the right direction. There products are really good and completely returnable if you are not happy. I use the Timewise cleanser(i am almost 30) stuff and find my skin is clearer and healthier when I do.

Minerelles by Shaklee is awesome. There are a couple distributors listed in the mom-owned business section of Mamasource.

Try ditching the foundation and trying bare minerals. I've had acne all my life and foundation always seemed to make it look worse, kind of like zits w/cake on it..
