Looking for a Good Dentist in Gilbert/Chandler Area

I know what your going through as the same thing happened to me a few years ago. This girl at work told me about this dentist that he is wondeful. He is Oriental but was born in the states so his English is perfect. Well I haven't went to him yet but my husband did and was very impressed with him. We've also wanted to find someone a lot closer to us; then the one that took over our former dentist's practice. His name is Taylor Kim DDS. His number is ###-###-####. He is located at 1355 S. He's at Frye and Dobson. He doesn't do anything unnecessary. In fact, he'll say "let's watch this and see, it might just be a one time thing" etc. He's got a great office staff as well. His hygienist is really nice as well. Sometimes, he'll do the cleaning himself. The front desk staff, mainly Cindy, is always very personable.
Good luck in finding a good dentist. We're hoping we'll never have to leave town since we don't want to find a new dentist! ;o)

We have been seeing Dr. Swain at Gilbert Smiles and love him. He is very honest, does a great job and is conservative in his overall approach/needs for treatment. We have been seeing him for over 3 years now...and he is at Val Vista/Ray.

I have had a life-long relationship with many dentists, some good, some really BAD. Do not have your old fillings replaced until they need to be. In these type of situations you should always follow your "gut" feeling. Somehow this doesn't make sense.

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly Cook at 3800 W. Ray Road, Chandler (just W of 101 before McClintock). He is an excellent dentist, truly cares about his patients and their comfort. His staff is top-notch and very compassionate. His office is decorated in a "rock-n-roll" theme, he has collected signed albums, guitars, etc. that all tastefully displayed throughout the office. You really don't feel like you're in a dentist office at all. He calls himself "Kelly" and is a very down-to-earth easy-going guy in mid-to-late 50's? He knows his business well and I fully trust him.

Hi M., I can understand your frusteration, we are not dentists and do not know exactly what needs to be done so we are trusting the professionals...with that said I have found a dentist who is honest and very kind. My husband was quoted by a different dentist close to $8,000 in "repairs" but they would do us a "favor" and only have us pay $6,000. When my husband was in the service the military didn't do a good job on his fillings. Well, we visited Doctor Madsen and he said only one tooth needed attention at the time, he was upset that the other dentist was trying to rip us off. His charge for xrays, filling, cleaning, etc. was less than $200 (if my memory serves me right).

I got to Lifetime Family Dental on Gilbert & Warner. They are an awesome office! All of the staff is really friendly and Dr. Michael Greding is awesome! In fact I used to work for him so I know he is good!!!

Call the office and make sure they take your insurance as they bill most insurance companies, but are not in network with a lot of them. Their # is ###-###-####.

We see Dr. Brian at Breeze Dental in Gilbert. We've been with him for almost 2 years and love him. He is very attentive and honest. My kids (6 and 4) have also seen him for checkups. He is very patient. Hope this helps.

Hey M.! When you find one that you like please please please let me know! We have been going to a dentist in Scottsdale forever and its just become too far to drive there. I know that we can find one here that we like just as much... but its been hard. I have had the EXACT same experiences that you have and it's really made it intimidating to go out looking for a new dentist. Please let me know if you find one! :) By the way, I'm 28 and my little baby girl was born Feb. 8, 2008!! :)

I am also kind of a wimp so one that "caters to cowards" would be a major plus.

So what is this story you are telling yourself that you are a coward? It is a big fat lie...you know that right? It is a belief that you have grown up with because of some experience that is still in your subconcious somewhere, and now that's your agreement with yourself.
I invite you to ask yourself these questions...dig deep
"How have I come to this belief that I am a coward?"
"Is this really true?" (THE ANSWER IS NO!)
"What have I done in my life when I was brave, moved through and persevered?"
"In what ways do I already stand up for myself, for what I believe in?"
"How do I want to show my children and guide them to be strong and confident? How do I raise my daughter to have self respect and inner strength?"

ARe you willing to give up this agreement about yourself that isn't serving you? Are you willing to let go of the idea that you are a wimp and coward? Are you willing to embrace your true self? Your true self is Divine. It is love. It is strong. Spend some time on yourself and find who you really are. It is a lifetime journey, often filled with bliss and joy and often filled with unknowns and challenges...but make that journey real. Make your journey your own. Someone who can stand up for herself and guide your children to stand up for themselves.

This may seem out of left field...you just want a new dentist right? :) I don't know a dentist in your area. And whether you go to a new dentist or not doesn't really matter to me. What matters to me is if you are willing to stand at the waters edge, look your fears in the eye, and scream YES to who you really are.

I just started seeing a new dentist named Dr. Greding. He works at Lifetime Dental on Gilbert and Warner. He's really nice and so is his staff. I'm a wimp when it comes to dentists so I'm really picky. I like him. Tell him S. sent you! :o)

I go to Creative Smiles in Gilbert. It is on Lindsey near Pecos. Amanda Juarez is the dentist and she does not put pressure on me, which I like. They also have a lot of nice perks.

I went to several dentists that I was very unhappy with before I started going to Dr. Ray. He is extremely honest and is more concerned about me than his wallet. He is also very gentle. My 6 year old daughter can have him do work on her without using any gas.

I have a great dentist it is sienna springs dental located off higley and ray. Dr. Curry is great. ###-###-#### He is honest and if any work needs to be done he always show you why. I am very particular about my dentist and I have never had an issue where they have recomended unnecessary treatments. Good luck and I hope you use them.

Crossroads Dental Group at Gilbert/Germann is great- I'm a coward, too. Last time they let me watch a movie while I got the work done- that really helped relax me.

We see Dr. Michael Hudson. He is located at Lindsay and Pecos, I have been going there for several years, and feel that he is honest and caring. My 4 year old son sees him too, and so far likes him. Hope this helps.
