Looking for a Good Company/law Firm Who Prepares "Special Needs Trusts"

I currently have a living trust that needs to be updated to include my daughter, who has special needs. Does anyone know of an honest, thorough, but not too terribly expensive firm that can revise our trust and/or turn it into a special needs trust?

What can I do next?

Hi C.. I work for an estate planning lawyer who specializes in families w/ minor children and does special needs trusts. She has a site that you can sign up on to get more info too...http://specialkidsplanningguide.com/. I'm not sure if you're in the Orange County area but we have a couple of events coming up too if you want to stop by to meet her. I know she could definitely help you. Her name is Darlynn Morgan and she works for Morgan Law Group in Newport Beach. Here is her number too ###-###-####. Good luck!

I just have a regular living trust as well, but I love my lawyer and am pretty sure he can help you set up a special needs trust. His name is Marc Eagan and he's located in Fullerton. If you'd like his number, feel free to e-mail me.

I work for Meserve Mumper & Hughes LLP in the Irvine office and my boss does Special Needs Trusts. website: www.mmhllp.com. office phone ###-###-####
or check out Donna Bashaw or Faye Blix down in the Laguna Niguel area. If you already have a trust this is relative easy to do as basically you just need to change the gift provision of your existing trust to have what goes to your special needs child go to a special needs trust instead of directly to the child.
